APPLICATIONS: Tablets of 18 mg. Used for preserving milk samples. Tablets are active against the development of bacteria , yeasts and moulds ; they also reduce milk lipolysis. Tablets contain a chromatic pH indicator which gives bluish-violet colour to the freshly prepared samples ; colour turns to greenish-yellow when sample deteriorates , it indicates sample is not suitable for analysis · Procedure: Use one tablet for each 40 ml sample. Do not overshake for dissolving , just turn upside down container twice and let tablet dissolve totally before starting analysis ·
